2022 NBA Finals: Warriors-Celtics

Recommended Posts

Steve Kerr said that he was not comfortable giving Gary Payton II "significant minutes" despite him being available for Game 1 on Thursday.

Im guessing hes not fully healthy and will be a non factor going foward.

For a player of his caliber it’s absolutely mind boggling how awful he is in the clutch in the finals and playoffs to a lesser extent.

When they’re up like 5+ he will hit a few 3s and everyone will go wild and call him clutch.

Tied or down a point or two? Forget about it.

I really like Curry but due to this reality the claim that “they didn’t need KD” is BS. KD always hit “that” shot while Curry has like one in his entire playoff career against the Pelicans in the first round.

People ONLY say that because GSW were winning without KD.

One hard wack and hes gone

As typical Celtics fan, it seems that you are wishing an injury to happen...

And don't tell me it's a joke or sarcasm

Well, it sounded like wishful thinking to me.

Rob Williams better make sure that knee does not get a hard wack

The team thats always up 1 game gets alot less aggressive onto the next game. It's weird.

For example, Tatum is having a good game but there's been alot of chances for him to take the smaller defender to the paint and he just settles for a jump shot same with Jaylen Brown.

Payton has more points than Klay at half. That has the change if GSW wants to win.

Payton has already established his mark on D as the series progresses he should be even better

Most of the turnovers is from the no-call fouls. The refs wanted this a 1-1 series from the jump

You can blame the refs in the typical Cetlics fashion but the officiating has been pretty even so far.  Celtics with 16 fouls, GSW with 14.

And don't blame the refs for Celtics playing like s****, Smart, Horford and White have 12 points, they have been outscored by Bjelica and Payton

Klay is SLIGHTLY above your average role player at this point.
