Lukas
This idea stems from the frequent quitting of players in my traditional fantasy leagues, but the concept works well in dfs and provides 50/50 odds to users. Normally a snake draft with only 2 people trivializes the skill in drafting; both teams will be stacked and only have first rounders. This gamemode would be a H2H snake draft but would only select ~25% of "draftable players (the 30 starting qbs, 30 rbs, and top 40 wrs, and top 20 tes) to the draftpool, so the draftpool would have around 25-30 players. The 25% would be different every draft and scripts really couldn't be used since it's a new player pool every time. Also, now you are not just drafting based on football knowledge but also on which position groups have a surplus of talent, and based on which position your opponent drafts. For example: if only 2 qbs are selected to the pool, once 1 user selects a qb, the second guy would not pick his until his last pick since the first guy will not pick a 2nd qb. Another example would be if there are a lot of good players at one position (say RB) then it would be worth it to wait on drafting that position (even though they are normally picked early) because the drop off in talent is greater at other positions. The main reason for the subset of players is so both teams are not just drafting all 1st rounders. Do you think this would be a good gamemode? What do like and not like about it
