I wanted him on the Patriots.. You think he can last till the 5th round 159 ?

Another guy that might be an option is Luton. He is a tall Qb that seems to have a good arm. Probably not starting day one. Not sure Eason could either. Eason would be cool given the name and all. Plus he appears to have a ton of zip, big arm. Probably there won’t be any qbs taken, the Bellicheck way... throw the media into a frenzy.

"If Mack, Ingram & Johnson are healthy they are safe to be there teams lead back. Draft in confidence."

I gotta ask, were you in here last night? Place was a madhouse! You go on as if these teams happened to have added some depth... they did not! These were some of the better RBs in this class. I'd sooner believe these three were getting the heave-ho over the flimsiest of circumstance. Let's take a little poll of these players owners, are your boxes filling with trade offers? No? Oh, so shocked. Along with Devin Singlecarry, these are lead 'backs I have the least amount of confidence in.

Hmm the Jets pick RB Perine and QB James Morgan.  I’m a bit surprised they haven’t spent more picks on CB/OL.

Edit: There goes an OT....

With Becton at LT, O-line actually looks somewhat respectable. They already spent money on off-season signings like McGovern, fant, van roten, so i'd imagine OL is done.

The $64,000 question is, will taking a line from absolute butt to mediocre make Bell a respectable fantasy RB again?

Tailgate, license plate, country girl - all boxes checked for country song.

It had a few staples, but really needed more...an old hound dog needed to be in there, also something about land too...oh and esp no whiskey references is where it fell short for me.

Anyone got a list of backfields complicated by the first 3 rounds of this draft?

no, but i have a great list of backfields which have now become uncomplicated:

  • seattle
  • jacksonville
  • pittsburgh

dynasty backfields saved and not torpedoed by this year's draft
