DeDe Dorsey

I'm reading on rotoworld that Dorsey may "emerge as the second cog in [the Colts'] two-back rotation." If this is true, it sounds like he may be in line to get some carries this year, and possibly be a quality sleeper late in drafts. Anyone else think he's got some value right now?

depends on your league but I'm in a 12-team and any worthy backup RB goes in the draft. i'd take a late round flier on him for sure. Addai hasnt proven much. any RB can excel in Indy...look at Edge before and after. Dorsey could very well be better than Addai. I think he's one of the most underrated RB handcuffs.

you wont have to draft this guy..... grab him in waivers if you want him. Wait and see. It can only be a 2 back system if the guy is any good.

even if he gets 100 carries, you're looking at about 400 yards, which is 25 per game. unless he scores a lot of TD's, or Addai gets hurt for an extended period, he's not going have much value.

I honestly don't know anything about the guy, BUT if he is talented he is for sure worth a roster spot just because of the fact of how violent the game is and how easy it is for a single player to go down.

oh, i agree....we have no way of knowing if Addai can be a full time back just yet. i was just trying to put some stats next to the name.

as far as Dorsey goes, he was ranked 49th among RB's in the '06 espn draft guide. that didn't merit a bio, so i don't much about him either, other than he went to a school called Lindenwood.
