John Doe Jersey
I run a 14 team head to head league. Our tie breaker for playoff games is who won the regular season head to head matchup. None of us in the league are really satisfied with that as a tie breaker but none of us can come up with/agree on a new one. Id appreciate some ideas from anyone willing to share them. In all of my leagues, the tie goes to the higher seeded team... it is a perk of having the more consistent and better regular season. The regular season head-to-head sucks because one team may have had all his guys on the bye, etc. You can also reduce the chances of a tie by going to decimal scoring. rotoking07
Like I mentioned in a similar post, use fractional points. Makes it virutally impossible to have a tie. I've seen some come within .05 of each other, but no ties in my few years of fantasy experience. Plus, it's not a good feeling to own a guy who goes for 59 receiving yards but only gets credited for 40 (or 50 depending upon scoring setup). Spike11
We used total points of the 3 highest scoring players for the week last year..... never had to use it.... I'd be up for suggestions too.
