Allstar (7/11)

  1. My top 3 RBs are banged up, but all look like they could play. I need to start at least one of them. Who should I trust? My other RBs are Moss and Ronald Jones, I’m planning on starting Moss.
  2. Need to know who your other RBs are. Value-wise it's close, probably slightly against your side but it might make sense if you're deep at RB.
  3. Here's are the WRs for the Kittle owner: Metcalf, McLaurin, Gallup (IR), Marvin Jones, Will Fuller, Paris Campbell, Tyrell Williams. His top 2 are studs, but after that he doesn't have much, and we start 3 WRs plus a flex (he started 4 WRs last week). My team: RB: Cook, Mixon, Gordon, White, Moss WR: A-Rob, Lockett, Antonio Brown, Sutton, Chark TE: Fant, Juwan Johnson Should I try to sell high on Brown and offer up Brown+Fant for Kittle?
  4. No, with TE as think as it is, it's not worth giving up Waller. Look for other ways to improve at RB.
  5. Depends how badly you need a RB for this week. If you need Mitchell right away, I'd probably drop Conner for him. If you're thinking more long-term, I'd probably stand pat. Mine:
  6. The Bucs were one of the top projected DSTs going into the season, but were dropped on Thursday (and went on to get torched by Dallas). The Saints meanwhile were lower ranked but dominated the Packers. Upcoming schedules favor the Saints slightly: Bucs: Atl, @LAR, @NE, Mia, @Phi, Chi Saints: @Car, @NE, NYG, @WAS, BYE Which DST should I prioritize off the waiver wire? Bonus: how much FAAB would you be willing to part with?
  7. Probably Hardman but that's tough. You're just hoping someone gets lucky and gets a TD. Might as well go with the guy in the best offense.
  8. Yeah I'm reading some pretty negative things about Hilton that the injury could linger. Would Freeman be a better target? Hyde+Parker for Freeman? Or maybe Hyde straight up (but I doubt he'd do that)? Note that we start 3 WR and a flex, so WR depth is more important than at RB. With the open roster spot I would pick up one of the following: Burkhead, Cooks, or Gordon (I'm looking for late-season upside). Or I would pick up a second DST for some weeks.
  9. 12-team, 0.5 PPR. Note we start 3WR + a flex QB: Murray, Winston RB: Kamara, Latavius, Dam. Williams, Hyde WR: Julio, Sutton, Parker, Watkins, Samuel TE: Kittle, Howard Another owner is short on players this week due to byes and injuries. He has two guys that aren't helping him this week that I'm interested in: TY Hilton, and Devonta Freemon. I offered up Watkins+Hyde for Hilton, and he said he liked the deal, but he couldn't do it for Watkins because that would give him 3 Chiefs all on bye next week. He countered with Hilton for Hyde+Sutton, but I don't think that's worth it for me. He did express willingness to do it for another of my WRs though. What should my counter-offer be: Hyde+Parker, or Hyde+Samuel? One factor is that I need to win this week and I love Samuel's matchup. I like Parker's setup as well as the #1 receiving option on a team that will almost always be trailing in the second half and a really nice ROS schedule. So who should I be more willing to give up?
  10. I need a contingency plan for Kittle looking iffy for Monday. Best options on the waiver wire are Witten or Gesicki. Or I could pick up one of the Monday-night guys (Hollister or Dwelley) - Dwelley has the easier matchup but hasn’t been used all year. What’s the best option? Either way, I have to make a tough drop decision. Who goes? Earlier in the week I thought it would be Cooks but he seems to be improving. Samuel gets ATL next week and I would probably start him. Kyler Murray is also an option, he is @SF and then on bye, and overall Winston has a much nicer schedule ROS. My team (0.5 PPR, we start 2RB/3WR/1TE/1flex): QB: Winston, Murray RB: Kamara, Latavius, Dam. Williams, Hyde WR: Julio, Sutton, Parker, Watkins, Samuel, Cooks TE: Kittle
  11. I was excited to see that Hyde was dropped in my league because I could use some help at RB, but then I took a look at his schedule. After the bye, he's @BAL, IND, NE, @TEN, @TB. The Titans are the only team on that schedule that doesn't have a good run defense. Is he worth the pickup, and if so how hard do I go after him with FAAB? My current RBs are Kamara, Latavius, Damien Williams, and Tarik Cohen. I know Cohen has been mediocre, but it's 0.5 PPR and I feel that at some point the Bears are going to realize that their offense was a lot better last year when they were featuring him. He probably has more upside than Hyde, but also a lower floor. Thoughts?
  12. I think I would pass, maybe if Connor was healthy (and producing) it would be a different story, but I'd rather have Saquon.
